Thank you for choosing Nickles & Noble LLC! We want you to be satisfied with your home decor purchase. If you need to return or exchange a product for any reason, please read the Return and Refund Policy below carefully.
- Return Policy
Time Limit: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please return the product within 30 days of receiving it. Products will not be returned after this period.
Return Conditions: Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and accessories intact. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions. - Return Process
Contact Customer Service: Please contact our Customer Service team via email (joseph@materihome.com) or by phone (351.371.5464) to submit a return request and provide your order number and product information.
Obtain Return Authorization: Once we have verified that the return meets our policy, we will provide a return authorization and detailed return address.
Prepare the Product: Please package your return item securely to ensure that it is not damaged during shipping. It is recommended to use a traceable shipping method to return the item.
Returning the item: Send the item to the return address we provide and keep the shipping receipt for easy tracking.
- Refund Policy
Refund processing time: We will process the refund within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item and confirm that it meets the return conditions. The refund will be returned to your payment method.
Shipping costs: Except for returns caused by defective or wrong items, the return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The original shipping costs are not refundable. - Exchange Policy
If you need to exchange the item, please return the original item according to the return process and place a new order for the new item. We do not provide direct exchange service. - Special Notes
Damaged or wrong items: If the item you received is damaged or does not match the order, please contact us within 24 hours after receipt. We will provide free return service.
Customer Responsibility: Please be sure to properly package the item when returning it to ensure that the item is not damaged during transportation. We are unable to process refunds for damaged items due to improper packaging.
